How to Make a Claim:
Contact us and tell us what happened. We will advise you of the claims process and assist you through the next steps.
As soon as possible after the event that causes the loss or damage, or legal liability, please:
- Take reasonable steps to minimise, reduce, preserve the damage.
- Where appropriate, inform the police about:
any malicious damage, any theft or attempted
theft of your insured property, and any accidental
loss of personal valuables.
